We were really disappointed that we had to cancel the chili cook off for 2024 - so we are on a mission for 2025!
Last year, there simply weren’t enough registrants for the chili cook off portion of the event. But already for 2025 our list is growing and shows much promise! With the involvement in some incredible local restaurants, professional and amateur chefs, vendors and entertainment, we are on the path for an event you won't want to miss!
Bring your taste buds and sample amateur and professional local chefs' best chili recipes! Each entry fee will get you a commemorative tasting mug as well as a voting ticket for both amateur and professional chilis of your choice
* Please note: if you have a previous year's mug you are welcome to bring it for a discounted rate! (just choose that option when checking out)
Arrive at 11am to peruse our vendor market, and enjoy music, family activities, games and more! We will have food trucks present to accompany your chili tasting, as well as provide drink options and dessert! We will also have the musical stylings of the OVP's very own: The Lounge Flies and DJ Del to rock out with us all afternoon!
And of course the reason you came: tasting and voting opens at 12pm and closes at 2pm.
Check back the OVA website as the event nears for listings of chili competitors and vendors!
VENDORS: we do still have some spaces still for vending. If you are interested in being a vendor, please follow the link below and fill out the form:
