Plymouth’s historic Old Village area is a neighborhood with its own unique character. Homes and buildings here date back to the 1840′s, but today the energy is fresh with new restaurants, shops and services!
The Old Village is one of the most walkable areas in Metro Detroit. Enjoy a sidewalk meal on a patio of one of our several eateries, a pint in a cozy pub…or even some time in one of our several retail shops or salons. We are the Old Village Association - we are striving to beautify, promote and preserve our wonderful side of town!
Bring your friends or meet new ones…
it’s all happening here in The Old Village!

The Plymouth Old Village Association is a 501c3 non-profit community group of residents and business owners who meet once a month with the mission of supporting, beautifying and preserving The Old Village.

Meetings: Our meetings have changed. They are now 7pm the last Wednesday of the month, at Meridian Coffee Company on Starkweather St.. We are always seeking community input and volunteers.
All are welcome to attend our meetings! We discuss upcoming events, fundraisers, community projects, current events and happenings around the Old Village. We rely on the generous support of volunteers to help make the OVA a success.
The OVA uses events throughout the year to promote community, come together to celebrate and to raise funds for us to use for local beautification projects. We host half a dozen events yearly from community yard sales, to a Pride day, from a massive car show to a Santa meet and greet.

Get to know our OVA Board members, Trish, Jan, Karen, Pete and Mark. Our Board is made up of people from all walks of life who share a love for Plymouth's Old Village.
